Birmingham Business Park (BBP) has won an International Corporate Social Responsibility Excellence Award in a campaign to find the most caring companies. They competed against more than 300 other nominations in the International CSR Excellence awards 2020 and they will be presented with their trophy and certificate at a glittering awards ceremony.
BBP is home to over 10,000 employees and over 150 companies including BT, Goodyear, Canon, Rolls Royce, GKN and Vinci with an impressive array of events and activities for their occupiers Monday to Friday.
The Park has won many awards – with two Gold Green Apple awards, Silver Cycling Score and Silver CSR Accreditation – and supports Marston Green Football Club, Marston Green Junior School, Merstone School and St Anne’s school. Its charity partner is Solihull Age UK which it actively supports through fundraising, online quizzes, food banks and events for their clients to attend such as visits to their allotments and Christmas wreath making events.
BBP has also signed up as a Cornerstone Employer to support social mobility, apprenticeships and work experience to share best practice and support networks.
