Enterprise for Success today announced the launch of its Founders Sprint for post start businesses in Solihull and led by newly appointed Business Coach Esther Partridge Warner.
The Founders Sprint is a focused, four week programme designed to help trading founders (typically within 36 months of starting) make fast, practical progress on lead generation, cash flow readiness and operating routines. Each cohort combines weekly sessions with hands on clinics, so participants leave with practical working systems, not just notes.

• Format: 4 weeks; weekly 60-minute cohort session + optional 1:1.
